Outlet Covers (New Old Stock) by Edmar Creations, Inc. Clifton, N.J. 07013 USA. Approximate dimensions are 5.4" from top to bottom, Width is 3.5", Depth is .5", corners are curved (Please refer to Photos). Design is fruits & flowers on a white background, center hole with screw for installation. 2 of the packages have red front packaging, the third has green packaging. All packages have model #714DWHT, one of the red packages have the date - 4-22-83. Packages have never been opened - do have shelf wear from being in storage. Please check Photos. I bought these in the late '90's at an Antique store (my kitchen & dining room are done in fruits & vegetable, but never used). They appear to be plastic, but could be Bakelite (I did not want to open the packages to find out for sure, there is a very simple test to determine this). Very colorful piece of nostalgia. This was the category that I had to list under - they are vintage not Antiques - would have to be 100 + years to be antique.
